2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51995 of 2025 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Chihra P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024 and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error in the anticipatory bail petition, the name of the petitioner's father was wrongly typed as "Premshankar Prasad Singh" in place of "Ramanuj Kumar Singh" due to

No.66415 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 which the same error also occurred in the aforesaid order dated 25.07.2025 and, consequently, the bail bond of the petitioner could not be furnished. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for correction/modification in the aforesaid order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51995 of 2025 with a further prayer for extending time-period so that the petitioner could surrender in the Court below.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the father's name of the petitioner in the order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51995 of 2025 be read as "Ramanuj Kumar Singh" in place of "Premshankar Prasad Singh" and the period for surrender of the petitioner in the Court below is also extended by a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest part of the aforesaid order dated 25.07.2025 shall remain intact.
