JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mednichowki P. S. Case No. 21 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 354-B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the specific allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner no. 2 Chhatis Sahu that he forcibly disrobed the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

No.60825 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 So far as petitioner no. 1 Anil Sahu is concerned, since no specific allegation has been made against him, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Lakhisarai in Mednichowki P. S. Case No. 21 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
