2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 430 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of admitted land dispute and there is case and counter case between the parties. The accusation of assault is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is a lady claiming clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appearing suo motu opposes the petition, inviting reference to the order of learned Sessions Judge, who has taken note of several paragraphs of the case diary in which the witnesses have supported the prosecution case. The injury report of the informant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60386 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 discloses that there was bleeding from her private parts and she had suffered abortion of her pregnancy and that the informant's daughter had also suffered swelling in her left hand.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
