Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of and in the interest of justice, learned trial court may be directed to expedite the disposal of the Eviction Suit No. 44 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and in the interest of justice, learned trial court is directed to expedite the disposal of the aforesaid suit and both the parties are directed to cooperate in expeditious disposal of the Eviction Suit No. 44 of 2017.
