JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 In view of the counter affidavit, which has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 4 to 6, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners appears to be right in his submission that the case of these petitioners is identical with the case of the petitioners of CWJC No. 6737 of 2017 (Mukesh Kumar Ranjan and Others v. The Union of India and Others). It is the common case of the petitioners that the results of Semesters II, III and IV of the NCVT course, held in the year 2017, is not being published, as they have been shown as private students in place of regular students.

Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Pandey, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India, submits that if the State Government of Bihar has done everything on its part, the Union

Patna High Court CWJC No.17978 of 2017(5) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 of India shall, certainly, follow the course, in the light of direction issued vide order, dated 08.08.2017, passed in the case of Mukesh Kumar Ranjan (supra).

This application is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the result of these petitioners are published within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if there is no other impediment in publication of such results.
