2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , these petitioners along with other accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that specific allegation of kidnapping is against co-accused Sundar Kumar. Petitioner No. 1 is brother and petitioner No. 2 is father of co-accused Sundar Kumar. It is further submitted that this is a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67904 of 2024(3) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 case of love affair and the informant's daughter has already married to co-accused Sundar Kumar out of her own will. Further, the occurrence took place on 01.02.2024 and the FIR has been lodged on 28.02.2024. Petitioners claim criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
