Patna High Court CWJC No.288 of 2018 (3) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 petitioner before the Principal Secretary of Education, Government of Bihar. The petitioner may file detailed representation including all the relevant documents before the Principal Secretary so that the Principal Secretary may decide his claim properly. In the event the decision of the Principal Secretary goes against the petitioner, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
