The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 506, 354B, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that on 7.7.2019 at 5 p.m. on the occasion of marriage ceremony, the petitioner and co-accused put hindrance amongst female folks by entering motorcycle amongst them, made firing and also threatened to kill the guests and misbehaved with the female.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 9.7.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. None is said to have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60046 of 2019(2) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 been injured in course of investigation. No offence under Section 307 of I.P.C. is made out. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place due to petty reason.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. case No.81 of 2019.
