Ms. Binita Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 The petitioner claims that he had appeared for the Intermediate examination held, by the Bihar School Examination Board, in February, 2017.
It is his case that on the admit card, which was issued to him, photograph of another person was found affixed, for which he had complained and upon verifying the identity of the petitioner, after affixing petitioner's photograph on the admit card, the petitioner was allowed to appear at the examination. It is his grievance in the present writ application that after having passed the examination, marks statement has been issued
Patna High Court CWJC No.18222 of 2017(2) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 to him, but the said marks statement bears the photograph of someone else.
Considering the nature of grievance sought in the present writ application, I dispose it of with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, to look into the petitioner's grievance and redress the same, if he is found entitled to, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of petitioner's representation along with a copy of this order. This application stands disposed of.
