The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 102/2017 registered under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Patna City, Patna. Petitioner in the present case has filed this application even though his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected earlier as back as on 17.02.2018. In course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show that any fresh ground is available to the petitioner for making this repeated prayer at an interval of 1 1⁄2 year from the date of first rejection.

This application has no merit. It is dismissed accordingly.
