It is the petitioner's case that he had worked under the Union of India before joining the services of the State Government of Bihar. He retired from service in 2017 after attaining the age of superannuation.
This writ application has been filed seeking direction that the service rendered by the petitioner under the Union of
Patna High Court CWJC No.19200 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 India should also be counted for the purpose of grant of Assured Career Progression. There is no pleading in the writ application nor any provision has been brought to my notice on the basis of which I could have considered the relief which the petitioner is seeking.
This writ application is devoid of any merit and is accordingly dismissed.
