2. The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, Order or directing commanding the respondents to pay the retrial benefits viz. Leave salary, and due salary with differences as revised of about 48 months with interest to the petitioner and further be pleased to pay the admissible dearness allowance and G.P.F. amount for the period of 2009 to 2011 in terms of official order dated 23.9.2009 for which the petitioner is legally entitled."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to order dated 30.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11779 of 2016 in the case of Nag Narayan Singh vs. The Managing Director Multi State Co-operative Land Development

Patna High Court CWJC No.18266 of 2017 dt.12-01-2018 2/2 Bank & Anr. It was submitted that the writ petition be disposed off in similar terms.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the aforesaid order dated 30.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11779 of 2016.

6. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even as per the own scheme of the respondents, payments have not been made to the petitioner. If the same is correct, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation showing his entitlement with respect to the dates on which they became due and submit it to the Managing Director. If the same is done within four weeks, it shall be looked into and if it is found that the grievance of the petitioner is genuine, necessary order shall be passed redressing the same in accordance with law and scheme followed by the respondents and if the same is not found tenable, an order giving reasons shall be passed preferably within two months from the date of filing of the representation.
