The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 364, 366(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other co-accused has kidnapped the minor son of the complainant for the purpose of marriage with her daughter. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has no concern either with the boy or with

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACM-III, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017.
