2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner committed irregularities in the execution of several government schemes and misappropriated huge amount.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. At the relevant time, petitioner was posted as 'Ward Secretary' and he is nowhere involved in misappropriation of government money. Similarly situated two co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide orders annexed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70375 of 2024(2) dt.19-12-2024 2/2 Annexure P/3 series. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Korma P.S.
