2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(4) Of the BNS.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 04.04.2025, the informant along with other officials during patrolling duty apprehended two accused persons on suspicion of snatching mobile phone. On search, two mobile phone and motorcycle were recovered. Thereafter, they disclosed name of two other accused persons who were also apprehended and stolen mobile phone and motorcycle were recovered from them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither present on the place of occurrence nor he has any concern with the recovered articles. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P. S. Case No. 242 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
