2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 98 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 109(1), 3(5) of B.N.S.S., 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with some other accused persons came to the informant's house armed with lathi and danda. Petitioner No. 1 assaulted the informant with the intention to kill and also snatched mangalsutra of the wife of the informant. Petitioner No. 2 is caught the sari of the wife of the informant and pushed her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68175 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and are under custody since 26.07.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st -cum-A.M., Begusarai in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 98 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
