The husband of the petitioner died in harness on 27.06.2015. After death of the bread earner of the family, the petitioner has approached the respondents for consideration of her case for compassionate appointment.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to letter no. 121 dated 15.04.2016 written by the Block Education Officer, Guraru, Gaya addressed to District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya

Patna High Court CWJC No.18356 of 2017 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 wherein request was made for issuance of appropriate order for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground considering her qualification.

In view of letter no. 121 dated 15.04.2016 (Annexure-7), the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take final decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment considering hardship occasioned on the death of the bread earner within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
