For issuance of appropriate writ / order or direction commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground as her father died in harness on 4.1.2008 working as clerk in T.B.Hospital Koilwar in the district of Bhojpur."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Respondent authorities. 3.

It is needless to state that in case, the claim being put forth by the petitioner is still surviving, as per the prevailing
