Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error of inadvertence in the writ petition the following error has crept in paragraph Nos. 2 & 3 of the judgment dated 11-07-2024, passed in CWJC No. 18607 of 2016 : (i) In Paragraph No. 2(i) :- Area of land in question is typed as '28-2/3' decimal land in place of '284-2/3'; (ii) In

Patna High Court MJC No.3216 of 2024(4) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 Paragraph No. 2(i) :- 'Mauza- Telari Tola, Chandayak' are typed in place of 'Mauza- Telari Tola Chandachak' & (iii) In Paragraph No. 3 'Khesra No. 3187, 3177, 3166, 2268, 2260' in place of 'Khesara No. 3187, 3277, 3266, 2208, 2260'. 3.

In view of the error apparent on record, let the following be read as in the oral judgment dated 11-07-2024, passed in CWJC No. 18607 of 2016 :- (i) In Paragraph No. 2(i) :- Area of land in question typed as '28-2/3' decimal land , be read as '284-2/3'. (ii) In Paragraph No. 2(i) :- 'Mauza- Telari Tola, Chandayak' be read as 'Mauza- Telari Tola, Chandachak'. (iii) In Paragraph No. 3 'Khesra No. 3187, 3177, 3166, 2268, 2260' be read as 'Khesara No. 3187, 3277, 3266, 2208, 2260'.

Accordingly, the judgment dated 11-07-2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

The modification petition stands allowed.
