The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under sections 392 of the IPC.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been implicated in this case of theft on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No recovery has been made from them. They have no antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused Anil Ram and Raju Ram have already been allowed bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 16.11.2017, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 54372 of 2017. Petitioners are in custody since 13.10.2017. In the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let both the petitioners, as mentioned above, be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate 12, Bhojpur at Ara in Chauri Police Station Case No. 57 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the

The bailor will also undertake to inform the court if there is any change in the address of the petitioners.
