2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354 B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code , Section 8 and 12 of POCSO Act and Sections 67A and 67 B of IT Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that this petitioner made obscene pictures of 17 years old daughter

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . It is further submitted that the victim in her statement has admitted her relationship with the petitioner and also stated that she used to talk with this petitioner and she herself sent some photographs to petitioner. It is next submitted that victim has also proposed the petitioner to marry but petitioner denied to perform marry with the victim as the age of the petitioner is just 19 years old. Moreover, the dispute between the parties have been settled by executing an Ekrarnama on 06.08.2024 before the local respectable Panches. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the informant/opposite party does not controvert the contention made on behalf of petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 6th cum Special Judge Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Gopalpur
