2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 269 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023, registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Court, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application as the petitioner has been apprehended during pendency of this application.
