As such, we dispose of the present petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority i.e. respondent no. 2, namely, the Director, State Sainik Board near Lalit Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna, for venting out additional grievances, if any. Also, approach the Court for required grievances.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
