2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 299 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. It is alleged that petitioner no. 2 posted flag of Pakistan with slogan 'Pakistan Zindabad' on his Facebook ID and when informant made telephonic call on the mobile phone of petitioner no. 1, who is elder brother of petitioner no. 2, to make complaint, these petitioners abused and threatened him and as such, these petitioners outraged religious sentiments of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners never posted anything wrong on social media, as alleged in the F.I.R. and have falsely been implicated in this case with an ulterior motive. Petitioners are full brothers and claim clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P. S. Case No. 144 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
