The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 538 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that in the evening of 15.11.2017, both petitioners came at the door of informant and accompanied his wife, Makina Khatoon, in their courtyard, where, both caught hold his wife and started to outrage her modesty. At that time, petitioners snatched her silver chain. On raising alarm, informant reached there and saved his wife. In the meantime,

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to petty dispute, informant has lodged the present case with false allegation and earlier, four cases have also been lodged by the informant and his family members, in which, petitioners are on bail, as detailed in paragraph 3 of the petition. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 538 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
