1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of three cases and is in custody since 22.04.2024. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that specific allegation of firing is against Gonga Paswan and the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is also submitted that petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the trial to prove his innocence if privilege of bail is granted.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Suraj Prakash, learned J.M., 1st Class, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Bind P. S. Case No.52 of 2024.

6. The application stands allowed.
