This matter relates to the appointment of Anganbari Sevika.

It appears that the petitioner instead of exhausting the alternative remedy under the scheme has directly approached this Court by filing this writ application.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to exhaust the alternative remedy by filing appropriate application before the appellate authority i.e. the District Programme Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15683 of 2013 dt.05-12-2016 2/2 Patna. If such an application is filed, the appellate authority shall consider the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
