Petitioners are accused in connection with Special Case No. 6715 of 2019 arising out of Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 728 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 28.07.2019.

Case No. 728 of 2019.
