The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.144 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regarding the theft of the motorcycle of the informant, the present case was instituted against unknown. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in course of investigation, the stolen motorcycle of the informant was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Rajesh Kumar. Thereafter, the confessional statements of Rajesh Kumar and Dipu Kumar were recorded in which both confessed their guilt, disclosing the name of the petitioner as their associate. The

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Gyatri Kumari, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna, in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.144 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
