Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118, 76, 303(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that water of his neighbour was flowing on his roof, on objection Surendra assaulted him by rod causing fracture of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63984 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/3 right hand, while Saloni assaulted his daughter-in-law by brick causing injury on head and his three sons snatched his daughterin-law chain and acted inappropriately. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that allegation of assaulting the informant is against Surendra. It is further submitted that petitioners are sons and wife of Surendra and they have been implicated in the instant case only with a view to coerce Surendra into submission. It is next submitted that petitioners are not criminals.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Delha
