2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Salkhua P. S. Case No. 46 of 2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant of the deceased. It is alleged that the petitioner took the firearm from Ravi Kumar and opened fire at the informant's younger son, resulting in his death.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner had fired upon the informant's younger son die to which he died.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2025, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
