Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No.48 of 2012 dated 09.06.2012, registered for the offence punishable u/s 302/34 of the IPC and section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd, Jamui. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67069 of 2023(3) dt.23-01-2024 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
