JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Case No. 13 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Act, 2016. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 30 liters of country made liquor and other articles from his shop. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no document in support of the allegation that shop belongs to the petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned
