2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable u/s 307, 506/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rosera.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67869 of 2024(5) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 regular bail which would be considered on its merits preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
