2. This application for grant of regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 207 of 2023 arising out of Sono P.S. Case No. 316 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, unknown criminals looted the petrol pump.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R was registered against unknown. He further submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Unknown criminals looted the petrol pump and during investigation name of the petitioner has come to connect the petitioner with the crime. Petitioner has four more criminal

6. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
