JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR) 10-07-2019 At the very outset, Sri Chitranjan Sinha, learned senior counsel, assisted by Sri Dhananjay Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant in presence of Sri Gyan Prakash Ojha, learned Government Advocate No. 7 submits that there was error of record since applications for Anganbari Sevika were invited after bifurcation/ creation of new Center, but the learned Collector erroneously proceeded on presumption as if

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1487 of 2018(4) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 applications were invited prior to bifurcation, and as such, he requests for disposal of the present appeal, so that, appellant may approach the learned Single Judge for review of its earlier order.

The prayer is allowed.

The appeal stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
