The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one country-made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10-08-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. one country-made pistol and two live cartridges are alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Case No. 102 of 2018.
