JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Piar P.S.Case No. 59 of 2017 registered under Sections 326 and 307/34 of Indian penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that on occasion of marriage ceremony of the daughter one Amresh Sahni, a co-villager of the informant, petitioner handed over pistol to another co-accused Guddu Kumar, who shot fire at the informant's uncle causing firearm injury and three children of the village also got injured. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the marriage ceremony, in fact, one Guddu Kumar opened fire and injury was caused to the injured persons but due to land dispute, petitioner has been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 22.09.2017.

No.60981 of 2017 (3) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially the specific allegation against Guddu Kumar, petitioner, namely, Vikash Sahni is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-cum-Sub Judge-V, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S.Case No. 59 of 2017.
