JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 and 3, Officers of the State Government, it is sated that the order under contempt has been complied by fixing of revised pension and taking other action as stated in the said show cause. The show cause in that regard was filed on 28.10.2013 but there is no rejoinder to the same disputing the statements made therein.

In the above circumstances, the order under contempt appears to have been complied with. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
