The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that the petitioner is mother-in-law, she resides in separate house and she has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 12.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59755 of 2019(3) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019.
