2. This matter has been taken up out of turn on the request of learned counsel for the petitioners for payment of outstanding dues.

3. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the concerned respondent authorities to make payment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18753 of 2017 dt.05-04-2018 outstanding dues along with admissible interest thereon.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite having completed the contract works and raising bills for the same, payment has not yet been made to the petitioners.

5. Having regard to the nature of the grievances of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned respondents with a fresh representation for redressal of their grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today the concerned respondents shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
