The order of suspension dated 21.08.2018 was assailed in the instant proceedings. Petitioner's counsel has instructions today that suspension has since been revoked. He, however, submits that the petitioner may be having some grievance with respect to payment of the due salary for the period in between in respect of which the petitioner may be allowed liberty to approach the authorities.

With liberty, as aforesaid, this writ petition stands disposed of.
