2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 167/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner was caught planning a loot. One countrymade loaded pistol has been recovered from the petitioner who is who is custody since 16.05.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class/ concerned court, Kaimur, Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 167/2024.
