2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 447, 341, 307, 323, 324, 325, 354, 504, 506 and 149 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted on the head of the victim with farsa.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the
