2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 101 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 111, 317(2), 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66, 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that through Pratibimb App of the Cyber Police Portal, the petitioner was arrested on the basis of tower location. During the search of the accused, mobile of Oppo company with two sim cards was recovered. It is further alleged that four mobile phones, along with a passbook of PNB and an Aadhar Card were recovered

The accused has admitted in his confessional statement that he committed cyber fraud by luring people in the name of the Kerala Lottery and by sending lottery tickets to the mobile phones of common people. He also sent scanners to the people in the name of winning of the lottery, etc.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that the passbook and Aadhar card which were recovered from the possession of this petitioner are of the petitioner, and from perusal of the FIR, it is clear that there is nothing in the FIR as to whom the petitioner has cheated or committed fraud with. From perusal of the order of the trial court also, it is not clear that who has been cheated by this petitioner. The allegations as leveled against the petitioner are general and bald. He further submits that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 29.06.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63682 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 3/3 considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Nawada in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 101 of 2025.
