Today, the petitioner is not ready to argue his case. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected three times.

2. It has also been submitted by learned counsel of the informant that the case is at the verge of conclusion but due to dilatory tactics of the petitioner, the case is not being disposed of.

3. As submitted, a number of adjournments have also been given for defence evidence in trial .

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

5. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of two months.
