2. The present appeal has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"Being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the Judgment dated 30.08.2017 passed by Additional District Judge IX-cum-Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Patna in claim case no. 210 of 2009, the appellants beg to prefer this appeal for enhancement of award amount."

3. The parties have informed that this MA. No. 476 of 2018 and MA No. 1140 of 2017 (Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd vs. Babli Devi & Ors.) arises out of the same order passed by the Tribunal.

4. The submission is that M.A. No. 1140 of 2017 was taken up by the Lok Adalat on 09.03.2024 and disposed of in

Patna High Court MA No.476 of 2018(3) dt.30-01-2026 2/2 view of the submissions put forward by the parties that the issue stands resolved and the amount of Rs. 5,50,000/- (beside the earlier amount of Rs. 50,000/-) is to be paid by the Insurance Company within a period of four weeks.

5. Let the order passed in MA No. 1140 of 2017 by the Lok Adalat be kept on record.

6. Mr. Mukesh Prasad Singh, learned counsel and Mr. Alok Kr. Shahi, learned counsel duly assisted by Ms. Richa Rajiv Singh submit that in that background, the MA No. 476 of 2018 be disposed of.

7. Accordingly, MA No. 476 of 2018 stands disposed of.
