Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code with amended Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Wife of this petitioner died unnatural death after about 7 years of her marriage and allegation is that she was poisoned to death.
Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence and after investigation of the case, the police submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. In spite of the fact that there is no evidence that the suicide was result of abetment caused by the petitioner.
