Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 304 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to land dispute. Further submission is that specific allegation is against co-accused Krishna Yadav. He also submits that petitioner is an old man aged about 81 years and he is a man of clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66333 of 2022(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 304 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
