2. Aggrieved by the action of the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) and the District Magistrate, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition that the District Magistrate has not taken any action on his application.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the CDPO had stopped Posahar of Anganwari Centre No.216, Shekhpura II, district Arwal in an illegal manner for his personal gain and, in this regard, he has
Patna High Court CWJC No.14890 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 already represented before the District Magistrate for taking appropriate action against the concerned CDPO but till date no action has been taken.
4. Considering above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that in case, the petitioner files a detail representation before the District Magistrate/Collector for ventilating such alleged illegal action of the CDPO, the District Magistrate concerned must take immediate action.
5. With the above observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
